How to write better service pages without sounding generic

A strong service page should answer the search intent quickly, explain the waiting flow honestly and keep the result available after completion. If it does all three, it is much more useful than a thin keyword page.

Start with the specific use case

Make the platform name visible in the title, the H1 and the first paragraph. Searchers should know immediately that the page matches the exact task they searched for.

Then explain the flow

Describe the wait state, the code state and the history state in plain language. That gives the page structure and makes it easier to trust.

Finish with the return path

Tell the user where the completed activation lives later. That small detail is one of the best ways to reduce confusion and improve repeat visits.
