Request account deletion

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your NumPool account and the personal data associated with it.

Before you continue: completed deletion removes account access, wallet information, API credentials, activation history and other associated account data. Records that NumPool must retain for fraud prevention, legal, tax or payment obligations may be kept only for the required period.
