These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NumPool ("Service") operated by NumPool ("we", "us", or "our") at numpool.com. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NumPool. By using our Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

NumPool provides virtual phone numbers for legitimate SMS verification purposes. You agree NOT to use our service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Engage in fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
Spam, harass, or harm other individuals
Circumvent platform security measures for malicious purposes
Resell our services without written authorisation
Use numbers for illegal activities of any kind

4. Payments and Balance

All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
Wallet balance never expires
Minimum top-up is $1
Payments are processed by Korapay, Flutterwave, and NOWPayments
Balance top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your account
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

5. Refund Policy

Automatic refunds: If you cancel an order before receiving an SMS code, your balance is refunded instantly and automatically.
No code received: Cancel within the 20-minute window to receive a full credit refund.
Balance top-ups: Non-refundable once credited. Verify your account before completing payment.
Disputes: Contact support@numpool.com within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.4%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Number availability depends on our upstream providers (SMSBower, 365SMS). We are not liable for temporary unavailability of specific services or countries.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on NumPool is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

NumPool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice. Any remaining balance may be forfeited if the account is terminated due to policy violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
