How it works

From selection to code in a clean four step flow

The best onboarding is boring. Users should pick a number, complete payment, wait for the SMS, copy the code, and still be able to reopen the order later if they need it again.

Design goal: users should always see the number, the timer, the active status, and the code when it arrives. Nothing important should disappear after payment.

The user journey

Every order has a clear state

1

Choose a service and country

The buyer picks the target service and checks the available inventory. Good pages should show enough context to avoid buying the wrong number.

2

Pay from wallet or card

Payment should be straightforward and limited to the chosen method. The platform should not expose internal provider names in the buyer flow.

3

Wait for the SMS

Active orders stay visible with a live timer. If the code arrives, the order becomes useful right away. If it expires, the status must change and the refund path must be obvious.

4

Reuse the record later

Users should be able to reopen past activations, copy a received code again, and review order history without digging through support messages.
